Leta Gensler

Leta Fay Gensler of Potosi, Missouri, was born on June 23, 1952, in Potosi, MO, a daughter to the late Walter William Nettles and the late Mildred Delphia (Warden) Nettles. Leta passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021, having reached the age of sixty-nine years, one month, and six days.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include her daughter, Delta Dawn Volner (Robert Schmitz); four grandchildren: Alisha, Tierra, Lily, and Carissa; and three great-grandchildren: Phoenix Casner, Wynter Howard, and Nicholi.

Leta was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Mildred Nettles; daughter, Connie Conway; siblings: infant Linda Nettles, Joyce Glore, Ray Nettles, Beverly; and nephew, Robby.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2 to 4 pm at DeClue Funeral Home, 301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664.

A Funeral Service will follow the visitation at 4pm at the DeClue Memorial Chapel, officiated by Sister Virginia Nettles.
