Lee Coleman

August 16, 1966 — October 5, 2013

Lee Earl Coleman, Sr. of Cadet, Missouri departed this life on October 5, 2013 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital having reached the age of forty seven years, one month and nineteen days. He was born on August 16, 1966 in Advance, Missouri a son to Joyce (Dicus) Coleman and the late Ivan Coleman.

In addition to his father, Lee was preceded in death by a sister Alice May and a brother Ivan Coleman, Jr.

On June 27, 1998, Lee was united in marriage to Melissa Snider and they shared over twenty three years together.

Those who remain to mourn his passing are his wife Missy Coleman of Cadet; three sons Michael Coleman and wife Jennifer of Potosi, Lee Coleman, Jr. and special friend Shantel Abney of Potosi, Stephen Coleman of Cadet; two sisters Theresa Cantrell and husband Timothy Sr. of Cadet, Melissa Coleman and special friend Tim Holder of Advance; one grandchild Shania Coleman; special friends Travis McMahan of Mineral Point, Wayne (Bubba) Gaspard of Perryville, Dallas Warren of Cadet; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.

Lee was a very special man in many people's hearts. He never met a stranger. What he enjoyed the most was hunting and fishing. He was the man that enjoyed helping everyone. He was a jack of all trades.

Just a few words from Lees little sidekick Stephen Coleman "Dad you were a very special and wonderful Dad. You don't know how much I miss you and in loving memories dad. I love you, Stephen.

Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 2 PM at the DeClue Chapel with Rev. Gary Cooper officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Michael Coleman, Lee Coleman, Jr., Stephen Coleman, Wayne Gaspard, Anthony Yarbrough and Travis McMahan.

Interment and final prayers were held at the New Diggins Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
