Laura Bourbon

Laura "Lucy" Bourbon of Leadington, Missouri was born on March 5, 1924, a daughter to the late Isaac Hedrick and the late Blanche (Counts) Hedrick. Laura went to her Heavenly Home on Monday, March 2, 2020 having reached ninety-five years of age.

In addition to her parents, Lucy is preceded in death by her husband, Dudley William Bourbon; three sons: Tom Bourbon, Billy Bourbon and Paul Bourbon; two daughters: Rita Ann (Bourbon) Davis and Alice Danback; daughter-in-law, Inge Bourbon; two grandsons, Russell Fowler and Dewayne Bourbon; three granddaughters: Susan Hawkins, Debbie Danback and Freda Louise Henry; brothers: Ivin Hedrick, Willard Hedrick, Pete Hedrick and Lawrence Hedrick; and two sisters: Faye Skaggs and Betty Johnson.

Survivors include four sons: Roger Bourbon, Raymond Bourbon, James (Bonnie) Bourbon, and Dewayne Bourbon; two daughters: Frances Hawkins (Ralph Gillam) and Freda Witcher; daughter-in-law, Mary Bourbon; numerous grandchildren; and dear nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held at DeClue Funeral Home on Friday, March 6, 2020, beginning at 9:00 AM. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM, held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Elder Leonard Compton officiating.

Interment and final prayers will be held at Upper Indian Creek Cemetery, Viburnum, following the service.
