LaDonna Kay Camden of Mineral Point, Missouri, was born on April 9, 1960, a daughter of the late Ronald Otto Gibson and the late Wilma Marian (Price) Mosier. LaDonna passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, having reached the age of sixty-two years, four months, and eight days.
Those who remain to cherish her memory include her siblings: Randy O'Neail, Paula Link; half-brother, Steve Gibson (wife, Chrissy); special friend, Larry Maxwell; stepchildren: Bryan Camden, Stephen Camden (wife, Mandy); step-grandchildren: Chloe Camden, Reggie Camden, Haleigh Camden, Conner Camden, Mason Camden, and Raleigh Camden. LaDonna is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
LaDonna was preceded in death by her mother and father, Wilma and Wilburn "Web" Mosier.
She loved her family very much and would do anything for anybody—always putting others first. She was a lifetime member of the St. Francois County VFW Auxiliary, Post 2426. She loved life and was the life of the party. She also loved the outdoors, camping, shooting matches, and fishing. Her and her sister, Paula were like the Baldwin sisters, always together—where you saw one, you saw the other.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 20, 2022, from 5 to 8 pm at DeClue Funeral Home, 301 E High St, Potosi, Missouri, 63664. Visitation will continue Sunday, August 21, 2022, from 12 to 2 pm.
A VFW Auxiliary Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at 7 pm in the Chapel, by the St. Francois County VFW Auxiliary Post 2426.
A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2022, at 2 pm at the DeClue Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Jay O'Neail. Interment will follow at New Diggins Cemetery in Mineral Point, MO.
