Lacey Clapp

Lacey Gayle Clapp of Bonne Terre, Missouri departed this life on May 20, 2011 at her residence having reached the age of twenty four years, two months and two days. She was born on March 18, 1987 at Farmington, Missouri a daughter to Anita (Vandergriff) Harmon and the late Tillman Clapp, Jr.

In addition to her father, Lacey was preceded in death by her grandmother Elva Vandergriff.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are her mother Anita Harmon and fiancé Jeff Vargo of Mineral Point; daughter Rilee Sharp of Mineral Point; sister Ashley Clapp of Mineral Point; brother Jeremy Harmon of Blackwell; grandfather Clyde Vandergriff of Mineral Point; two great grandmothers Annie Vandergriff of Mineral Point, Geraldine Warden of Ironton; special friend Jeremy Martin of Farmington; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

A Funeral Service was conducted on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at DeClue Chapel with Rev. Jim Wade officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Jaron Lee, Bruce Lee, Jarod Roberson, “Big Steve” Fitzwater, Jeremy Martin, Billy Schroeer, Matt Brunk and Matt Vandergriff.

Interment and final prayers were held at Sunset Hill Cemetery. All arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
