Survivors are father Keith Bolte of Potosi; mother Sherry Hillenbrand and husband Mike of St. Peters; grandparents August Bolte of Potosi; Lorraine Dames of Grey Summitt; Lou Dames of Bonne Terre; sister Veronica Dames of St. Peters; four brothers Thomas Bolte and wife Charlene of Troy; Trevor Bolte, Tracey Bolte, Rory Hillenbrand all of St. Peters; nephew Keith Andrew.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
