Kevin Thompson

Kevin Monroe Thompson of Ferguson, Missouri passed away on July 26, 2016 at the St. Louis University Hospital having reached the age of fifty seven years. He was born on May 6, 1959, a son to Doyle Thompson and Gracie (Shultz) Thompson.

Kevin is survived by his two sons: Kevin Thompson and Cody Thompson – both of Ohio; father, Doyle Thompson and wife Jean of Potosi; mother, Gracie Thompson of Wisconsin; half-brothers: Shannon Thompson and wife Jodie of Potosi, and Dallas Thompson and wife Dawn of Potosi; sister, Nena “Mickki” Thompson of St. Louis; and also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Kevin is preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Visitation for Kevin was held on Friday, August 12, 2016 at the DeClue Funeral Home, beginning at 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, at 11:00 AM, held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Elder Mike Jarvis officiating.

Interment and final prayers will be held at the Redbud Memorial Gardens Cemetery. DeClue Funeral Home was privileged to care for the funeral arrangements of Kevin during this time of remembrance.
