Katharine Arlene Wigger was born on September 24, 1960 in Farmington, a daughter to Charles and Rebecca (Askew) Wigger. She was a longtime member of the Eastern Star. Katharine passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at her residence in Irondale, Missouri having reached fifty-seven years of age. She is preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Dirk Smith.
Katharine will be missed by all who knew and loved her including her son, Olin (Carol) Bay; parents: Charles and Rebecca Wigger; sisters: Pamela Smith and Nancy (Greg) Barton; grandchildren: Ethan Boyle, Austin Boyle, Emily Bay, Lily Bay, and Karlina Guerra.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 10, 2018 at DeClue Funeral Home from 4:30 PM until 7:00 PM. A memorial service to honor Katharine will begin at 7:00 PM on Friday, August 10, 2018, held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel.
All funeral arrangements have been cared for by DeClue Funeral Home.
