Julia "Nook" Drennen

Julia C. "Nook" Drennen of Potosi, Missouri passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018 having reached the age of sixty-nine. Nook was born on July 1, 1949 in Vineland, Missouri, a daughter to the late Nelson Courtway and the late Burnette (Courtaway) Courtway.

Survivors include her husband Terry Drennen; two children: TJ Coleman, Darrell Drennen; three step children: Woody Drennen, Pat Drennen, and Wendy Drennen; one brother, Aaron (Christine) Courtway; three sisters: Paulette (Teddy) Jarvis, Sharon Bequette, and Rosemary (Gregory) Boyer; three grandchildren: Rebecca (Gus) Pashea, Sierra Coleman, Zeke Franklin; four great grandchildren: Ivori, Orville, Newt and Remington; also surviving are several step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Nook was preceded in death by her son, John Paul Boyer; three brothers: Shelby Courtway, Danny Courtway, and Elmer Courtway.

A Memorial Visitation was held on Monday, November 5, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m. held at the DeClue Funeral Home with Elder Mike Jarvis officiating.

Funeral Arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home.
