Judith Thomlinson

Judith Irwin-Thomlinson also known by family and friends as “Judy” of Potosi, Missouri passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 at her residence at the age of sixty-five. She was born on June 24, 1952 in Farmington, Missouri, a daughter to the late Donald Irwin and the late Ruby (Bradley) Irwin. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Thomlinson; son, Donald Thomlinson; sister, Carla Irwin Smith.

Judy will be missed by all who knew and loved her including her children: Justin “Ralph” (Lauren) Irwin, Kimberly Griffin, Cindy Ketcherside-Shy, Marilyn Strauss, Tamara Thomlinson, Crystal Smart; daughter by choice, April King-Ortiz; brother, Daniel “Yogi” Vancil; seventeen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Kerry Smith; special friends: Lila Davis and Rose Williams; also surviving are many nieces, nephews, other relatives and café friends.

A Memorial Gathering was held on Wednesday evening, March 21, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at the DeClue Funeral Home, 301 East High Street Potosi, Missouri 63664. A Memorial Service followed at 7 p.m. held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home.
