Juanita Rowe

Juanita F. Rowe of Mineral Point, Missouri departed this life on March 15, 2010 at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center having reached the age of seventy years, six months and one day. She was born on September 14, 1939 at Potosi, Missouri a daughter to the late Fred H. Griggs and Adeline (Smith) Griggs.

In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by a son Ronnie Dale Keen; granddaughter Dora Ann Wadley; brother Ricky Griggs; three sisters Joyce Griggs, Mary Griggs, Henrietta Smith; brother in law Jack Smith.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are husband Scottie Rowe of Chahokia; two sons Donald Keen and wife Tammy of Marion, Illinois; Thomas Keen and wife Penny of Desoto; daughter Sherry Wadley of St. Louis; brother Freddie Griggs and wife Melissa of Springfield; three sisters Carol Adams of St. Louis, Ruthie Adams and husband John of Cahokia, Illinois; Linda Woods and husband Ronnie of Mineral Point; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; special friend Michael Wadley; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 11 AM at the DeClue Family Chapel with Rev. Jim Wade and Rev. Stephen Pool officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Donnie Keen, Tommy Keen, Windell Adams, Jr. Drennen, Davey Keen and Michael Thomas Wadley. Honorary Pallbearer Ryan Wadley.

Interment and final prayers were held at Blackwell Masonic Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
