Joyce Stroup

Joyce Nadine Stroup of Mineral Point, Missouri departed this life on January 5. 2012 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital having reached the age of sixty four years, nine months and six days. She was born on March 30, 1947 at Washington County, Missouri a daughter to the late Charles Huskey and Hazel (Stringer) Huskey.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by two sons Paul Allen Stroup, Allen Ray Stroup; two sisters Alice Jackie Mackley, Erlyn Huskey; three brothers Cecil Huskey, Lee Huskey and Donnie Huskey.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are her husband Paul Stroup of Potosi; two daughters Pat Revelle of Mineral Point; Penny (Donald) Britton of Potosi; six grandchildren Tonya Day, David Revelle, Eric Stroup, Lee Coleman, Jr., Michael Coleman, Brandy Britton; three great grandchildren Breanna Day, Eric Day, Jr. and Abigail Day; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, January 8, 2012 at 2 PM at the DeClue Chapel with Rev. Kenny Gamble officiating.

Interment and final prayers were held at Sunset Hill Cemetery.
All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
