Jimmie R. Lawson, 73, of Cadet, Missouri passed away Monday, May 13, 2019. Jimmie was born on September 27, 1945 in Cadet, a son of the late William Theodore Lawson and the late Evelyn Goldie (Wilson) Lawson. On October 12, 1968, Jimmie was united in marriage to Helena Lucille Orman and they shared fifty years together.
Survivors include his wife, Lucille Lawson; four children: Jimmie (Rustie) Lawson II, Jessica (Joe Prosabumi) Lawson, Ellen (Andy) Ford and Brenda (Giaco) Kolafa; four sisters and three brothers; eight grandchildren: Jasmine, Elias, Lucas, Lucy, Conrad, Oliver, Lynz and Alexander.
In addition to his father and mother, Jimmie was preceded in death by one daughter, Elizabeth Lawson and one sister.
Visitation held Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeClue Funeral Home.
A Funeral service will follow on Saturday beginning at 1:00 PM held in the DeClue Chapel. Interment will be held in the Jimmie Lawson Family Cemetery.
