Jeffrey Sansoucie

Jeffery Lee Sansoucie of Imperial, Missouri departed this life on March 2, 2008, at his residence, having reached the age of twenty-nine years, one month and thirteen days. He was born on January 17, 1979 at Farmington, Missouri a son of Tom Sansoucie and Vicky Tiefenauer Sansoucie.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Pearl Sansoucie, Russell and Geneva Tiefenauer; step grandfather, Willard Glover; and an aunt, Carol Sansoucie.

Jeff was a member of the Roofer?s Union of Indiana. He worked hard and liked his job. When work was done he loved to hang out with his brothers. He liked to fish, but his passion in life was his children. He loved spending time with them and enjoyed just watching them grow. He was a loving and devoted son; father; brother; uncle; nephew; cousin and friend. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of his life include his wife, Shawna Sansoucie of Leadwood; his two children, Madison and McCoy Sansoucie of Leadwood; his father, Tom Sansoucie and wife, Karen of Bonne Terre; his mother, Vicky Sansoucie of Park Hills; his brothers, T.A. Sansoucie, of Imperial, Jason Sansoucie of Leadwood, Brent Sansoucie of St. Peters, Brad McDowell and wife, Cristy of Fredericktown, Jason McDowell and wife, Crystal of Desloge, D.J. McDowell of Fredericktown, Mike Pyatt and wife, Shannon of Farmington, Kieley Pyatt of Farmington; grandmother, Kathern Glover, Fredericktown; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted on Friday, March 7, 2008 at 10 AM at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, Missouri, with Rev. Sonny Brooks officiating. Serving as pallbearers were T. A. Sansoucie, Jason Sansoucie, Brent Sansoucie, Brad McDowell, Chris McClain, D.J. McDowell, Mike Pyatt and Kieley Pyatt.

Interment and final prayers were held at Adams Cemetery, Frankclay, Missouri. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
