James Wade

James Robert Wade of Mineral Point, Missouri passed away on January 20, 2015 at his home having reached the age of eighty four years, nine months, and twenty-nine days. He was born on March 22, 1930 a son to the late Robert Chapman Wade and Irene (Anderson) Wade.
On December 24, 1948, James was united in marriage to Eileen (Fann) Wade. Together they shared sixty six years and had two children born unto this marriage.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are his beloved wife Eileen Wade of Mineral Point, Missouri; son Dennis Wade of Desloge, Missouri; daughter Sherry Lawson and husband Donald of Denver, Colorado; brother Rev. Phil Wade and wife Violet of Potosi, Missouri; four grandchildren: Donnie Lawson, Becca Lawson, Jessica Wade, and Natalie Thompson; four great-grandchildren: Jaedin Wilson, Logan Wade, Carson Wade, and Allie Thompson.
In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his brother Floyd Wade; and six sisters: Frances Marler, Ruby Wade, Nora Politte, Gertie Wade, Fern Wade, and Leatha Bowles.
Funeral services for James were held on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Hopewell Church of God with Rev. Jim Wade officiating.
Honoring James by serving as his pallbearers were Gabriel Lorenzo, Ian Lorenzo, Jamie Wade, Eric Wade, Rick Wade, and Gary Hinkle.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Hopewell Cemetery. All arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
