James Halbert

James Edwin Halbert of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on November 9, 2013 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital having reached the age of sixty three years, one month and twenty five days. He was born on September 15, 1950 in Caledonia, Missouri a son to the late Howard "Buck" Halbert and Rosalie (Grenia) Halbert.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are his finace Elizabeth Coleman of Potosi; daughter Jamie Lynn Halbert; one sister Virginia Montgomery and husband Jack of Caledonia; four brothers Robert Halbert and wife Barbara of Potosi, Harold Halbert and wife Vivian of Potosi, Milford Halbert and wife Imogene of Caledonia, Billy Halbert and wife Caroline of Irondale; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 11 AM at the DeClue Chapel with Elder Leonard Compton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Travis Halbert, Jeff Halbert, Dennis Halbert, Brian Halbert, Shawn Halbert, Mark Montgomery and Craig Montgomery.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
