James Boyer

James Glennon Boyer of Mineral Point, Missouri departed this life November 16, 2008 at his residence, having reached the age of sixty eight years, six months and twenty eight days. He was born on April 19, 1940 at Cadet, Missouri, a son of the late Morgan Boyer and Leona Mercille Boyer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John Boyer and Gary Boyer; two sisters Odelia Portell and Ruth Huskey.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of his life include his sons Daniel Boyer and wife Michelle of Mineral Point, Steve Boyer and wife Lenna of Bonne Terre; brothers Eddie Boyer and wife Sherry of Cadet, Kenny Boyer of North Carolina, Morgan Boyer of Desoto; sisters Theresa Courtois of Desoto, Mary Portell and husband Stanley of Cadet, Rose Politte and husband Wayne of Cadet; niece Jamie Lynn McClain; four grandchildren, LaCole Boyer, Kayla McMortan, Stevie Boyer and Baylee Boyer; many other nieces; nephews; friends and relatives who will sadly miss him.

All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
