Jack Knichel

Jack Gordan Knichel, Jr. of Potosi, Missouri was born on October 20, 1948, a son to the late Jack G. Knichel and Rosemary (Dalton) Knichel. On December 25, 1999, Jack was united in marriage to Connie F. Medley and they shared nineteen years together. Jack loved being outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. In his spare time, Jack also enjoyed playing the lottery and traveling. He had several different hobbies, but most of all Jack loved spending time with his family.

Jack entered eternal rest on Monday, April 8, 2019 at his residence having reached seventy years of age. In addition to his parents, Jack is preceded in death by three children: Dean Knichel, Rose Knichel-Sesata and Jack Knichel, III.

Jack will be missed by all who knew and loved him including his beloved wife, Connie Knichel; six children: Sheila (James) Gough, Sharon Knichel (Fiancé, Jim), CJ Knichel (Fiance, Ashley), Michelle Knichel, Tara (Jared) Medley, Tiffany Allen (Fiancé, J.R.); sister: JoAnn (Danny) Rulo; step-brother, Rich Ferguson; grandchildren: Justin Gough, Sandra Knichel, Brett Woods, Brianna Rogers, Ryan Carmack, Toni Bach, Brittney Sesata, Rylie Smith, Alley Kirby, Austin Smith, Hayden Knichel, and Emersyn White; and many great grandchildren, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Clifton and Betty Medley; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Vicky and Moe Cain, and Brenda and Keith Kramer.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home.
