Herbert Turnbough

Herbert Turnbough of Potosi, Missouri, departed this life on January 31, 2006 at the Stonecrest Healthcare facility in Viburnum, Missouri at the age of 87 years, 1 month and 22 days. He was born on December 9, 1918 at Quaker, Missouri a son of the late James William Turnbough and Zoe (Yount) Turnbough.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Homer Turnbough, Elza Turnbough and Clyde Turnbough; and his sisters, Mildred Turnbough, Thelma Gilliam, Gladys Stotler and Goldie Abney.
He is survived by his brother Clifford Turnbough of Imperial and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Herbert were conducted at 11 AM on Saturday, February 4, 2006 at the Britton Chapel with Rev. Dave Hopkins officiating. Serving as pallbearers were
Interment and final prayers were held at the Lower Indian Creek Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
