Henry "Eddie" Rushing

Henry Edward Rushing also known by family and friends as “Eddie”, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the age of 52. Eddie was born on July 13, 1966 in Alton, Illinois, a son of the late Gerald Wayne Rushing and the late Picolia (Monroe) Rushing. In addition to his father and mother, Eddie was preceded in death by his step-mother, Brenda (Berry) Rushing.

Survivors include his three daughters: Shelly Rushing, Kelly Rushing and Eddie-Beth Rushing; grandson, Haydin Rushing; ten siblings: Mary Rushing, Lisa Rushing, Beverly Booker, Gwen Harris, Audrey Richardson, Joan Dunstan, William “Bill” Rushing, Donald (wife, Tammy) Rushing, Richard (wife, Mary) Rushing, and Gerald Harris; also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 from 9 AM to 11 AM at the DeClue Funeral Home.

A Memorial Service began at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Bro. Dean Berry officiating.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
