Harold Dale Santschi

It is with great sadness that the family of Harold Dale Santschi of Irondale announce his passing in the early morning hours of Saturday, October 28, 2017, at the age of 80 years surrounded by his loving wife and children. Known by all as Dale, he will be forever remembered by his wife of 60 years, Linda and their children, Barry Santschi, Mechelle (Mike) Mercille, Brandi (Jeff) Swyers and was sadly predeceased by son Terry Dale Santschi. Dale, who loved to be called Pappy, will be fondly remembered and horribly missed by his three grandchildren; Joshua Santschi, LillyAnn Swyers and Josie Swyers.

Dale was the ultimate example of a strong family patriarch as well as exuding unconditional love even during the last few hours of his life. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Per Dale’s request, private services will be held for his wife and children.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
