Glenda Thompson

Glenda Mae Thompson of Cadet, Missouri passed away on April 13, 2015 at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center having reached the age of sixty six years, six months, and six days. She was born on October 7, 1948 a daughter to Zella Mae (Wiggins) Eaves and the late Glenwood Eaves. Those who remain to mourn her passing are her three sons: Tom Thompson and wife Roberta of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Bryan Thompson and special friend Debbie Tweedy of Cadet, Missouri, and Michael Thompson of Cadet, Missouri; mother Zella Mae Eaves of Potosi, Missouri; two brothers: Paul Eaves of Potosi, Missouri and Eddie Eaves of Raymondville, Missouri; three sisters: Barbara Heflin of Raymondville, Missouri, Gladine Brown of Raymondville, Missouri, and Janice Golden and husband Bob of Potosi, Missouri; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many more extended family members and friends. In addition to her Father, Glenda is preceded in death by her beloved husband Thomas Larry Thompson and brother Donald Eaves. Visitation for Glenda will be held on Thursday evening, April 16, 2015 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the DeClue Family Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Friday morning, April 17, 2015 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Funeral services for Glenda will begin at 11:00 AM at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Pastor Lee Thompson officiating. Internment and final prayers will be held at the New Diggins Cemetery. All funeral arrangements have been cared for by the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
