Glenda Boyer

Glenda Louise Boyer of Liberty Center, Indiana departed this life on February 25, 2014 at the St. Joseph Hospital having reached the age of sixty two years, three months and eighteen days. She was born on November 7, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri a daughter to the late Glen B. Jordan and Violet (Braman) Jordan.
In April 1978, Glenda was united in marriage to Paul Boyer and they shared thirty five years together.
Glenda attended the Liberty Center Baptist Church.
Those who remain to mourn her passing are her husband Paul Boyer of Liberty Center, Indiana; three daughters Jill VanHoosier of Farmington, Paula McAfee and husband Brent of Bluffton, Indiana, Tammy Boyer of Cornucopia, Wisconsin; one brother Larry Jordan and wife Mary Jane of Desoto; two grandchildren Alexis VanHoosier and Gracie VanHoosier of Farmington; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 2 PM at the DeClue Chapel with Bro. Tim Smith officiating. Honoring Glemda by serving as pallbearers were Brent McAfee, Dennis Bourisaw, Morgan Bourisaw, Ken Maxewell, John Boyer and Larry Braman Jr.
Interment and final prayers were held at the New Masonic Cemetery. Following the committal service, the family returned to the Potosi Southern Baptist Church were a luncheon had been provided. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home.
