George Breakfield

George Martin Breakfield of Potosi, Missouri, was born on February 21, 1958, in Potosi, Missouri, a son to James E. Breakfield and Ruby A. (Payne) King. George passed away on May 15, 2024, having reached the age of 66.

Those who remain to cherish his memory include his mother, Ruby King; father and step-mother: James “Jack” and Carol Breakfield; step siblings: Cheryl (Al) Coleman, Jeffery (Marlene) Henslee, Susan (Lamont) Farthing, Patti Henslee, and Scott Henslee. George also leaves behind a special friend, Anoja Riefler, as well as extended family and dear friends.

George was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Don and Mimi Payne; paternal grandparents: James and Thelma Breakfield.

A Visitation will be held at DeClue Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of his funeral service at 1 p.m., officiated by Elder Mike Jarvis. Interment and final prayers will be held in Redbud Memorial Gardens, Potosi, MO.
