Frank Burnard Thebeau of Mineral Point, Missouri, was born on December 24, 1927 in Old Mines, Missouri, a son of the late Frank Thebeau and the late Nellie (Chappell) Thebeau. On February 12, 1977, Frank was united in marriage to Vera L. Nash and they shared nearly forty-three years together.
Frank departed this life on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 having reached the age of ninety-two.
Frank will be missed by all who knew and loved him including his wife, Vera Thebeau; three children: Helen (Dave) Renfro, Tammy (Rob) Bollman, Kim (Gary) Ames; one brother, Floyd Thebeau; eighteen grandchildren: Cody Smith, Caleb Buckley and Ashley, Kasidy Buckley and Justin, Kyle Buckley and Kim, DJ Fredman and Heather, Niki Fredman and Logan, Sandy Roach and Justin, Zach Bollman and Catherine, Tina Bean, Mashall Webster and Adrian, Dane Thebeau and Lizzy, Danielle Jokisch and Adam, Trey Thebeau, Tanner Thebeau and Lauren, Stephanie Ames, Jamie Ames, Brady Ames and Gary Ames Jr. and Dakota; Frank is also survived by a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
In addition to his father and mother, Frank was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Thebeau; eight siblings: infant sister Rachel, Edna Villmer, Walter Thebeau, Elmer “Jack” Thebeau, Goldie Whitter, Pearl Ketcherside, Della Coleman, and Homer Thebeau; and son-in-law, Eugene Buckley.
Visitation will be held Saturday, December 28, 2019 from 5 to 8 PM at DeClue Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will immediately follow on Saturday evening beginning at 8 PM with Rev. Dan Hartley officiating.
Funeral arrangements for Frank were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
