Frank Leslie McNabb of Pacific, Missouri departed this life on October 8, 2012 at The Arbors Nursing Home having reached the age of ninety two years, ten months and twenty days. He was born on November 18, 1919 in Belgrade, Missouri a son to the late Clarence McNabb and Katie (Maxwell) McNabb.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by three brothers Lynn McNabb, Herb McNabb, James McNabb; three sisters Nina McNabb Goforth, Dorothy McNabb Gibbons and Mary McNabb Belfield.
Frank served in the United States Army from May 1943 – February 1946.
Frank was a member of the Vandover Baptist Church in Fenton.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are his sister Bonnie Collins of St. Louis; four brothers Harold McNabb of St. Ann; Jessie (Bernadine) McNabb of Desoto; Kenneth (Myrtle) McNabb of Festus; Ralph (Diane) McNabb of Pacific; two sisters in law Betty McNabb; Nelda McNabb; many many nieces, nephews and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 11 Am at the Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. Norman Mohr officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Mike McNabb, Tony McNabb, Kevin Collins, Jim Collins, George McNabb, Craig McNabb, Ed Gibbons, Tim McNabb and Dave Gibbons.
Interment and final prayers where held at the Liberty Baptist Cemetery with full military honors presented by the United States Army and Airforce. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
