Francis Paul Coleman, ?Kittle? as he was known to all, of Mineral Point, Missouri departed this life on November 20, 2005 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital. He was born on October 21, 1934 in Mineral Point, a son of the late Fred Jacob Coleman and Anna Marie (Gilliam) Coleman.
On February 11, 1954 he was united in marriage to Dorothy May Stinekraus at Stoney Point, Missouri and to this union two children were born. They enjoyed over fifty years of marriage together. Kittle was a loving and devoted husband and father. Dorothy preceded him in death on December 20, 2004.
In addition to his wife and parents, Kittle was preceded in death by four brothers, John Ade Coleman, Donald Coleman, Frank Coleman and Carl David Coleman and a sister, Katherine Prather.
Those who remain to mourn the passing of his life are his son, Pete Coleman and wife Patsy of Bonne Terre; his daughter Betty Coleman of Chillicothe; brother, Stanley Coleman of Potosi; brother-in-law, Perry Prather of Mineral Point; sister-in-law, Carol Coleman of Mineral Point; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services were conducted at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 23, 2005 at the Britton Chapel, with Father Ted Pieper officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Jim Coleman, Jimmy Coleman, Davy Coleman, Rick Coleman, Russell Coleman and Stacy Julliette.
Interment and final prayers were held at Calvary Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
