Evelyn E. Nye of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on January 11, 2006 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital, having reached the age of 78 years, 5 months and 12 days. She was born in Lithuania, Russia on July 30, 1927, a daughter of the late Joseph Unguraitis and Nellie (Povilaitis) Unguraitis.
She was a member of the Hopewell Church of God, having been baptized in 1973. She was a dear and loving friend to many.
She is survived by her special friends, Wilma Wright and Donna Henry, and others who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, January 14, 2006 at 2 PM at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Rev. Phil Wade officiating. All arrangements were entrusted to the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
