Evelyn Emily

Evelyn Edna Emily of Cadet, Missouri departed this life on September 16, 2013 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital having reached the age of eighty eight years, one month and thirty days. She was born on July 17, 1925 in Washington County a daughter to the late John Rulo and Florence (Coleman) Rulo.
In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Emily, three sons Jimmy Emily, Clayton "Beaver" Emily, Tommy Emily, daughter Betty Snyder; five sisters Lillian Politte, Dorothy Politte, Goldie Brock, Virgie Woodring, Lucille Rulo, brother Milfred Rulo and a son in law Lee Richardson.
Evelyn attended the Potosi United Pentecostal Church.
Evelyn is survived by a son Johnny Emily of Cadet; five daughters Brenda Sue Richardson of Cadet, Dorothy Gene Sansoucie and husband Matt of Potosi, Debbie Emily of Cadet, Donna Robart and husband Gary of Cadet, Nancy Prichett and husband Matt of Tulsa, Oklahoma; brother Jim Rulo and wife Norma of Potosi; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 11 AM at the DeClue Chapel with Rev. Johnny Wren officiating. Musical selections were provided by Sis. Virgie Welker. Serving as pallbearers were Bucky Benson, Tracey Richardson, Justin Robart, Tommy Courtway, Jake Richardson and Dennis Portell.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Blackwell Masonic Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
