Elbert Thebeau

Elbert William Thebeau, known to family and friends as Bill, passed away on July 12, 2015 at the Iron County Hospital having reached the age of sixty two years, four months, and twenty three days. He was born on February 19, 1953, a son to the late Lloyd and Irene M. (Battreal) Thebeau.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are his only daughter Megan Koch from St. Louis, Missouri; nine brothers: John Thebeau and wife Marcia of Cadet, Missouri, Raymond Thebeau of Cadet, Missouri, Donald Thebeau of Cadet, Missouri, Jim Thebeau and wife Connie of Farmington, Missouri, Paul Thebeau and wife Theresa of Desloge, Missouri, Lloyd Thebeau, Jr. and wife Jane of Hillsboro, Missouri, Ronald Thebeau and wife Kathy of Hillsboro, Missouri, Danny Thebeau and wife Marsha of Fredericktown, Missouri, and Jeffery Thebeau of Potosi, Missouri; two sisters: Barbara Coleman and husband Raymond of Cadet, Missouri and Sharon Wiley and husband Wayne of Hillsboro, Missouri; and many other extended family members and friends including the Granite House Caregivers and residents.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his sister Patricia Ann (Thebeau) Reed.
Visitation for Bill was held on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the DeClue Funeral Home from 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joachim Catholic Cemetery with Father Tony Dattilo officiating.
Honoring Bill by serving as his pallbearers were Joe Thebeau, Andy Thebeau, Jeremy Thebeau, Steve Coleman, Scott Reed, and Jim Thebeau.
Funeral arrangements were respectfully cared for by the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, MO.
