Edward Benton

Edward Steven Benton, Sr. of Caledonia, Missouri was born on November 16, 1955, a son to the late Arnold Benton and the late Mary Francis (Bates) Benton. Edward entered into eternal rest at his residence having reached the age of sixty-two years.

Edward will be missed by all who knew and loved him including his four children: Edward Benton, Jr. of Caledonia, Robbie (Wendy) Benton of Caledonia, Chris Benton of Lemay, and Lucinda (Robert) Stanley of New Haven; two brothers, Glenn "Denny" (Bobbie) Benton of Arizona and Skip (Linda) McGee of St. Louis; and ten grandchildren: Taylor, Paris, Brooklyn, Johnathan, Cameron, Lucas, Colton, Christian, Myleigh, and Cody; mother of his children, Karen Benton. Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

In addition to his parents, Edward is preceded in death by his sister, Roberta Ann Neal.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 10 a.m. held at the St.Joachim Catholic Church with Father Tony Dattilo officiating.
