Edith Charboneau

November 17, 1925 — December 14, 2015

Edith Joyce Charboneau of Sullivan, Missouri, entered in eternal rest on Monday, December 14, 2015 at the Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital, having reached the age of ninety years and twenty seven days. She was born on November 17, 1925 in Attica, Arkansas, a daughter to the late Edward Bay and the late Rosa White Bay.

Edith is survived by her three daughters which include Deborah Battreal and husband Dan of Kempner, Texas; Rose Bennett and husband John of Shelbyville, Illinois; Linda Finn and husband Ralph of St. Clair, Missouri; ten grandchildren Jacqueline Dewald and husband Wes, Chris Bennett and wife Chris, Sarah Short and husband Bill, Melissa Harmon and husband Jeremiah, Angie Blue and husband Tony, Aaron Dilks and wife Kery, Janet Portell and husband Dennis, Amy Charboneau, Aaron "Sonny" Charboneau and wife Jamie and Jesse Charboneau and wife Leslie; great grandchildren Alexia, Allison, Kami, Maci, Cale, Jaci, Eryn, Lily, Zoe, Lauren, Caroline, Ali, Chase, Devon, Carly, Hunter, Brett, Laci and Josie; great great grandchildren Kaidence, Riley and Dean; special family friend Carol Priest of Farmington; also surviving are nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents Edith was preceded in death by her beloved husband Aaron James Charboneau; son Aaron David Charboneau; six siblings Howard Bay, Norman Bay, Lillian Allen, Lois Reese, Dorothy Notgrass and Ed "Junior" Bay.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 18, 2015 from 4:00 till 8:00 pm and Saturday, December 19 from 9:00 till 11:00 am at the DeClue Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 11:00 am held at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Elder Mike Jarvis officiating.

Interment and final prayers will be held at the Redbud Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Potosi, Missouri.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi.
