Eddie Miller

Eddie Alvin Miller of Irondale, Missouri, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 at the Parkland Health Center having reached the age of fifty two years. He was born on April 30, 1964, in St. Louis, Missouri, a son to Dorothy (Shipp) Miller and the late Edwin Miller.

Eddie is survived by his mother, Dorothy M. Miller of Irondale; sister, Sharon Coke and husband Clifton of Potosi; nephews: Larry Schmidt II and wife Lisa, Keith Schmidt and wife Jamie, William McLeskey III, Christopher Coke, Eric Schmidt, Robert Cannon, and Michael Wright; great nieces: Lisa Schmidt and Sarah Schmidt; great nephew, Vance Schmidt; and great-great niece, Melody.

In addition to his father, Eddie is preceded in death by his sisters: Gayle Schmidt and husband Larry, Sandra Cannon, and Lori Wright.

Visitation for Eddie was held on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, beginning at 10:00 AM. A funeral service began at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel, with Elder Mike Jarvis officiating.

Honoring Eddie by serving as his pallbearers were Gary Couch, Bruce Oster, Keith Schmidt, Eric R. Schmidt, William McLeskey, Michael Wright, Clifton Coke, and Christopher Coke.

Interment and final prayers were held at the Sunset Hill Cemetery.
