Earl Lawson

Earl Lawson of Cadet, Missouri passed away on October 27, 2014 at his residence having reached the age of ninety three years, two months, eighteen days. He was born on August 9, 1921 in Caledonia, Missouri a son to the late Nelson Lawson and Nora Vance Lawson.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are sons: Eugene Lawson and wife Doris of Cadet, Missouri, Floyd Lawson and wife Sharon of Irondale, Missouri, Lloyd Lawson and wife Connie of Potosi, Missouri, Terry Lawson and wife Patty of Potosi, Missouri, and Daniel Lawson and wife Sandy of Cadet, Missouri; brothers: Rev. Bud Lawson and wife Jane of Bellview, Missouri and Jim Lawson and wife Ilene of Desloge, Missouri; sister Mildred King and her son Troy of Potosi, Missouri; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and many more relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
In addition to his parents, Earl is preceded in death by his first wife Geraleam Lawson-Robinson; second wife Florence (Dicus) Lawson; brothers: Nelson Lawson, Pat Lawson, Rueben Lawson, Espin Lawson, John Lawson, and Clifford Lawson; sisters: Lucy Sansegraw, Marcella Woods, Josephine Evans, Hester Woods, Ruby Winick, Ethel Morgan, Delores Woods, and Susan Parmley; granddaughter Lenna Lawson; and great-grandson Kyle Darling.
Funeral services for Earl were held on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Rev. Don Strauser officiating.
Honoring Earl by serving as his pallbearers were Allen Lawson, Steve Lawson, Lawrence Pashia, Chase Vickers, Randy Rolens and Martin Lawson. Serving as an Honorary Pallbearer was Archie Winick.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Grassy Hollow Cemetery. All arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
