Our mom loved and served the Lord. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Potosi, Missouri. She was a devoted mother to her children and was a dear wife. She always put her family before herself. She was a great teacher. She taught her daughters how to sew, cook and take care of a home. She taught and showed us unconditional love. She always guided us to forgive. She loved being apart of nature. She loved being around flowers, gardens, and creeks.

She always found beauty in everything. Even when Dorothy was sick, she kept positive outlook on life. She endured many hardships with a positive attitude. She never forgot any ones birthday or anniversary. She always treated her children and grandchildren all the same. Dorothy?s love was truly demonstrated by each life she touched.
