Dorothy Miller

Dorothy Marie Miller of Potosi, Missouri, was born on March 30, 1937 in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter of the late Merlin and Bertha Shipp. Dorothy departed this life on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Southbrook Nursing Center in Farmington having reached the age of eighty-three years, six months and twenty-eight days.

Dorothy will be deeply missed by her family including her daughter, Sharon Coke and husband Clifton; her seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

In addition to Dorothy’s parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Edwin Alvin Miller; three daughters: Gayle Schmidt, Sandra Cannon, and Lori Wright; son Eddie Alvin Miller; sister Shirley Waller; and many other dear family members.

Visitation will be Friday, October 30, 2020 from 4:30 to 6 pm at DeClue Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 10 am held at DeClue Funeral Home with Elder Mike Jarvis officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery.
