Debra Riddle

December 3, 1961 — January 20, 2014

Debra Kay Riddle of Mineral Point, Missouri departed this life on January 20, 2014 at her residence having reached the age of fifty two years, one month and seventeen days. She was born on December 3, 1961 in St. Louis, Missouri a daughter to Delores Faye (Politte) Eckhoff and the late Howard Eckhoff.
In addition to her father, Debbie was preceded in death by a sister Lisa Eckhoff.
On January 12, 1991, Debbie was united in marriage to Greg Riddle and they shared twenty three years together.
Debbie worked at Washington County Memorial Hospital for twenty seven years. Her coworkers always held a special place in her heart.
She enjoyed reading. Poetry and crime novels were her favorite. She enjoyed gemology and always wanted to be a gemologist. She enjoyed watching reality shows including The Real World, Real Housewives, Deadliest Catch, and Gold Rush. She loved spending time with her family.
Those who remain to mourn her passing are her husband Greg Riddle of Mineral Point; daughter Angela Timms of Potosi; one brother Michael Eckhoff and wife Becky of Mineral Point; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 2 PM at the DeClue Chapel with Rev. Jim Wade officiating and Rev. Rick Wade assisting. Serving as pallbearers were Larry Mayfield, Mike Alvers, Kenny Eckhoff, Jimmy Eckhoff, Snoopy Eckhoff, Justin Miller, Rocky Franklin and Dylan Eckhoff. Honorary pallbearer was Rick McCubbins.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Redbud Memorial Gardens. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
