David Lee Nash of Bismarck, Missouri was born on May 1, 1965 in St. Louis, Missouri, a son to Sherley A. Brooks and the late Junior Wayne McColgin. David passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at his home having reached the age of fifty-four years, four months and sixteen days.
David was united in marriage to Karen R. Wilson on November 25, 2006 and they shared nearly thirteen years together.
David is survived by his wife, Karen Nash; four children: Leah Marie Hamby, Samantha Nash, Melissa (Easton) Ketcherside, and Jessica (Doug) Rehkop; mother, Sherley Willgrubs; adopted dad, Gary Eugene Nash; sister, Kelly Keller; eight grandchildren: Gabriel Arthur Robert Hoss, Hailey Ann Fortner, Andrew Fortner, Emery Ketcherside, Abby Rehkop, Mackinze Rehkop, Bella Rehkop, and Hunter Hamby; three nephews: Anthony Keller, Zak Keller, and Austin Keller; one niece, Jessica Keller; great niece and great nephew: Abigail and Parker Keller.
In addition to his grandparents, David was preceded in death by his father, Junior McColgin.
A time of visitation will be held Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 11 AM to 1 PM at DeClue Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow on Saturday at 1 PM with Elder Mike Jarvis officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to DeClue Funeral Home.
