Darryl Paul Wolfe

Darryl Paul Wolfe, born on July 9, 1962, in Illinois, passed away on January 26, 2025. He was a talented musician known for his remarkable abilities as a guitarist and singer for the Side Kicks Band, where he primarily performed country music. Music was not just a job for Darryl; it was a passion that brought joy to many and created lasting memories both on and off the stage.

Darryl was united in marriage to his beloved wife, Tammy, on March 15, 1983, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Overland, Missouri. Their bond was one of deep love and partnership, and they remained inseparable throughout their lives together.

Darryl's interests extended beyond music. He was an avid gun collector and enjoyed the thrill of deer hunting, relishing time spent in the great outdoors. Darryl had a cherished bond with his dogs, Gus and Willie, who were constant companions by his side on adventures and quiet outings alike.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Tammy Wolfe; his daughter, Miranda Tilger and her husband Shawn; his sons, Zachary Wolfe and Shelby, Jacob Wolfe, and Caleb Wolfe; as well as his stepmother, Mary Kay Wolfe. Darryl adored his grandchildren, who include Hunter, Gauge, Anastajia, Melody, Javen, Christopher, Syth and Vincent. He is also remembered by his siblings: Dave (Carla) Wallace, Diana (the late Dennis) Morgan, Paula (Bryan Santos) Novak, Valerie (Phil) Combs. Additionally, he leaves behind many dear family members and friends who were touched by his generous spirit and warm personality.

Darryl was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Wolfe, his father Paul Wolfe and his brother Gary Wolfe. His legacy of music, love for family, and zest for life will remain etched in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be profoundly missed.
