Darrell Dicus

Darrell Cleo Dicus of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on October 20, 2012 at the Jefferson Regional Hospital having reached the age of sixty one years, eight months and one day. He was born on February 19, 1951 in Shirley, Missouri a son to the late Moses John Dicus and Gladys Mae (Kramer) Dicus.
On May 7, 1977, Darrell was united in marriage to Donna Holland and they shared thirty five years together.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are his wife Donna Dicus of Potosi; daughter Denise (Brandy) Jarvis of Potosi; three brothers John (Erma) Dicus of Potosi; Marvin (Mary) Dicus of Potosi; Robert (Ann) Dicus of Arizona; sister Karen Lands of Oregon; two grandchildren Coby Cantrell and Tyler Cantrell and many other relatives and friend who will sadly miss him.
Darrell was a wonderful father, son, grandpa and brother.
Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 1 PM at the DeClue Chapel with Elder Leonard Compton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Brandy Jarvis, Eugene Dicus, Chris Dicus, Billy Wideman, Coby Cantrell and Thomas Gibson.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Grassy Hollow Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
