Duck loved his family very much, especially his sons and his nieces. He was a social butterfly, always telling tales and stories, and never meeting a stranger. One of his favorite things to do was sending jokes to people on Facebook. He always had a smile, a laugh ready, and enjoyed making other people laugh as well. He was an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, and especially fishing. Watching his kids play ball was a joy for him. He has had a lot of challenges in his life, overcoming being blind, a kidney transplant, limb removals, and dialysis.
A Visitation will be held Saturday, May 25, 2024, from 10 a.m. until the time of his funeral service at 12 p.m., held at DeClue Funeral Home. Pastor Lloyd Peirce will officiate his service.
DeClue Funeral Home was honored to have served the family of Mr. Duck Yarbrough.
