Cynthia Nickelson

Cynthia Lee Nickelson of Belgrade, Missouri passed away on June 22, 2015 having reached the age of fifty six years, two months, and one day. She was born on April 21, 1959 a daughter to the late William and Joan (Bersch) Pennstrom. On October 20, 1978, Cynthia was united in marriage to Larry R. Nickelson. Those who remain to mourn her passing are her two sons: James Chad Nickelson of Belgrade, Missouri and William Bryce Nickelson and wife Cassie of Belgrade, Missouri; daughter Autumn DeShay Johnston and husband Josh of Belgrade, Missouri; two brothers: William "Bill" Pennstrom and wife Kathy of Highlands Ranch, Colorado and Daniel "Dan" Pennstrom of Ironton, Missouri; four sisters: Janine "Jan" Cheaney of Viburnum, Missouri, Kimberly "Kim" Leahy and husband Jack of Ironton, Missouri, Sandra "Sandy" Jones and husband Bill of Caledonia, Missouri, and Lori Compton and husband George of Flowery Branch, Georgia; seven grandchildren: Chadley Nickelson, Caeden Nickelson, Caebry Nickelson, Laric Nickelson, Camden Johnston, Colton Johnston, and Shaylynn Johnston; and many other extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents, Cynthia is preceded in death by her beloved husband Larry R. Nickelson; brother-in-law Michael "Mike" Cheaney; and niece Zoey Leahy. Visitation for Cynthia will be held on Friday, June 26, 2015 from 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM at the DeClue Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jan Dillard officiating. Interment and final prayers will be held at the Sunlight Cemetery. All funeral arrangements have been cared for by the DeClue Funeral Home.
