Cona Christine Bell of Irondale, Missouri was born on December 3, 1964, a daughter to the late Jessie Barton and the late Nina (Stegal) Barton. On August 12, 1978, Cona was united in marriage to Billy D. Bell and they shared thirty-nine years together.
Cona will be missed by all who knew and loved her including her beloved husband, Billy Bell; son, Damien (Sarah) Bell; daughter, Melinda (David) Howe; brother, Jessie Barton, Jr.; two grandchildren: Alivia Sherrill and Justin Sherrill; and two nieces: Mickayla Turner and Abbi Barton.
In addition to her parents, Cona is preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bill and Virginia Bell.
All funeral arrangements have been cared for by the DeClue Funeral Home.
