Claude Eads

February 2, 1986 — June 25, 2011

Claude James Eads, Jr. of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on June 25, 2011 having reached the age of twenty five years, four months and twenty three days. He was born on February 2, 1986 a son to Beverly Kay and Claude Eads, Sr.

C.J. was preceded in death by a sister Elizabeth Eads, cousin Breanna Wilson, Grandpa Larry Harmon, Grandpa Paul Kay, Grandpa Herman Eads, Grandma Onita McMahan; Great Grandparents John & Josephine Kay, Charles & Edna Isgriggs; great great Grandparents Geniva & Sam Masson and Uncle Gary Isgriggs.

As the memories flow to when you were a child of grandma rocking you in the big recliner (where she rocked all the grandchildren). Yet you were rocked until you were too long to be held and rocked. Those are just a few of the memories we will always cherish as to when you were a child.

C.J. loved the outdoors. He loved fishing with his friend David who always caught most or all of the fish. He loved to hunt with Bud. We always knew no matter what he was coming home with a deer. He liked playing video games with Mark, riding his scooter with Cody and his other friends. He enjoyed playing ball and just hanging out with friends and family.

If you ever needed a hand, he would always be there to help out. C.J. loved God and was a believer.

By talking to people in the last few days, just proved to me even more what an incredible man that C.J. was. Anytime someone was sad he would always make them laugh or smile. When I would have a bad day, I always knew that I could count on C.J. to make me feel better. It is an honor to call you my son. Today I am not only loosing my child but I am loosing my best friend, my rock. You will greatly be missed. Not only by me but by the whole family. We won’t be the same. God truly blessed me with twenty five great years and heaven got an angel Saturday. Thank you God for the time you gave me, but I know today is not goodbye but it is I will see you again in Heaven.
Love,
mom
