Clara Jean Riess of Ironton, Missouri, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016 at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center, St. Louis, having reached the age of sixty eight years, five months and thirty days. She was born on October 26, 1947, in St. Francois County, Missouri, a daughter to the late Samuel Crump and the late Lestine (Groves) Crump.
Clara is survived by her five children Jodie Isbell and Smitty Smith of Potosi, Missouri; Carol Coffman of Annapolis, Missouri; Vicki Beers of Annapolis; Rebecca Lee and husband Joe of A rcadia, Missouri and Terry Isbell and wife Jennifer of Ironton, Missouri; three sisters Ruth Clark of Potosi; Mary Katherine “Duge” Jinkerson of Potosi and Patty Tripp and husband Ernie of Park Hills, Missouri; eighteen grandchildren Michael, Requel, Sara, Kayla, Paige, Tammy, David, Mindy, John, Victoria, Heather, Carlis, Matt, April, Peggy, Ashley, TJ and Jesse; also surviving are other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Clara was preceded in death by her two infant sons, Buddy and Charlie Isbell; sister, Martha Darrow and six brothers Elmo, John, Mike, Joe, Lynn and Alvie Crump.
A private burial for Clara will be held at a later date.
Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
