Charles Skaggs

Charles Edward Skaggs of Belgrade, Missouri entered into rest on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Barnes Jewish Hospital having reached the age of sixty four years, one month and twenty days. He was born on December 21, 1950 a son to the late Hurst Skaggs and Genny (Gilliam) Skaggs. Survivors include one brother Ronnie Skaggs of Belgrade; one aunt Mrs. Sadie Hill of Potosi; many cousins, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, February 13, from 5:00-8:00 PM at the DeClue Funeral Home. Funeral services for Charles will be held Saturday, February 14, at 10:00 AM held at the DeClue Memorial Chapel. Interment held at the Palmer Cemetery, Belgrade, Missouri.
