Charles Eaves

Charles Bartlett Eaves of Potosi, Missouri entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the Mercy Hospital, St. Louis, having reached the age of seventy nine years, two months and twenty seven days. He was born on April 17, 1936 at Potosi, Missouri a son to the late Rev. Martin D. Eaves and Myrtle B. (Jones) Eaves.

Charlie is survived by his two daughters Angie Eaves of Potosi; Theresa Isgriggs of Potosi; brother Henry Eaves and wife Dorothy of Hopewell; sister Elizabeth Crim of Independence, Mo.; four grandchildren Kendria Vance and husband JR; Cameron Isgiggs and wife Kimberly; Christopher Eaves and wife Samantha; Melissa Eaves; five great grandchildren Jaylee; Aiden; Triston; Hayden and Lenox; also surviving are extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Charlie was preceded in death by his beloved wife Virgie Sue Eaves; son Christopher Eaves; brothers Glenwood Eaves; Rev. Martin D. Eaves Jr.; three sisters Adaline Wright; Eveline Henson; Arline Anderson.

A Memorial Visitation for Charlie was held on Saturday, July 18, 2015 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm followed by a Memorial Service beginning at 1:00 pm held at the Glory Hill Assembly of God Church with Pastor Thomas Slovensky officiating.

Funeral Arrangements were respectfully cared for under the direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
