Charity Gilbert

Charity Kay Gilbert of Montrose, Colorado departed this life on February 25, 2012 at Montrose, Colorado having reached the age of twenty years, six months and twenty five days. She was born July 31, 1991 a daughter to Shelby Gilbert and Lisa (White) Gilbert.

Charity was preceded in death by her grandparents John and Bonnie White; great grandmother Dorothy Lisle and uncle Rusty Thompson.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are her parents Shelby and Lisa Gilbert of Potosi; three sisters Tory Besel of Potosi; Crystal Allgier and husband Justin of Mineral Point; Kim Gilbert of Potosi; Brother Bo Gilbert and wife Janet of Colorado; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were held on March 3, 2012 at 1 PM at the DeClue Chapel with Rev Gary Leggans officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Jason Gilbert, Johnny Joe Witt, Bobby Gilbert, Adam Huskey, Brain Barton, CJ Sell.

Interment and final prayers were held at Sunset Hill Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
