Carrie Louise Gregory of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully Friday, December 5th in Roanoke, Virginia, having reached the age of eighty six years, five months and twenty five days. She was born June 10, 1928 in West End, Saline County, IL and was the devoted daughter of the late Orley and Dena Stone Chandler.
She was a graduate of Galatia High School, Galatia IL. On May 27, 1950 she was united in marriage to Frankiln Gene Gregory in St. Louis, MO. and the shared nearly forty seven years together.
Those who remain to mourn her passing include her daughter, Cynthia Ann (James) Cates, grandchildren, Stephen Haynes, Wesley Haynes and Rachel Haynes, cousins Dean (Betty) Stone, Larry (Willowdean) Stone, special friend Gwynn Hoagland as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends all of whom loved hear dearly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her devoted husband Franklin Gene Gregory.
A graveside service will be held at Antioch Cemetery near Belgrade, Missouri, Sunday, December 14th at 2 pm.
