Carolyn Declue

Carolyn Sue DeClue of Potosi, Missouri passed away on August 9, 2015 at her residence having reached the age of sixty two years, seven months, and twenty two days. She was born on December 18, 1952 to Freda (Eye) Wright and the late Fred E. Pickett.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are her three daughters: Tracey DeClue, Brandi Conrad and husband Nick, and Kayla LaChance and husband Robbie - all of Potosi, Missouri; mother Freda Wright of Potosi, Missouri; brother Ralph Pickett and wife Elaine of Potosi, Missouri; two step-sons: Joseph James of Wyoming and Nick James of Warrenton, Missouri; step-daughter Julie Fortner and husband Harold of Festus, Missouri; eleven grandchildren: Charles Bailey, Sierra Bailey, Heath Bailey, Kenneth Bailey, Jr., Brylee LaChance, Wyatt LaChance, Paige Butler, Carly Fortner, Peyton James, Christopher James, and Lily James.

In addition to her father, Carolyn is preceded in death by her beloved husband Clarence Ray DeClue and her grandparents Floyd and Opal Eye.

Visitation for Carolyn was held on Tuesday evening, August 11, 2015 from 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM at the DeClue Funeral Home and also on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Funeral services began on Wednesday, at 2:00 PM at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ardell Grey officiating.

Honoring Carolyn by serving as her pallbearers were Robbie LaChance, Nick Conrad, Heath Bailey, Charles Bailey, Kenneth Bailey, Jr., and Harold Fortner.

Interment and final prayers was held at the White Oak Grove Cemetery.
